About Us
In 1976, the Burlington, WI Kiwanis Club began a low-cost
Community based soccer program. The
program was designed to serve kids in grades 3rd through 8th.
A traveling High School team was added in 1988.
After the passing of the founder in 1991, the Prailes
family began managing the league. Under the direction of Bob’s father as the
face of the organization, Bob managed the behind the scenes aspects of the
organization.
In 2002, Bob took over the program. In the years since,
the program has grown to approximately 450 players serving kids in Pre-K
through 8th grade in the last several years and occasionally High
School players.

1991 – Hank Hassert Passed
1992 – Prailes Family begins management of League
2002 – Bob Prailes takes over League Management
2008 – Add 1st and 2nd Grade
2009 – High School Team
2013 – Add Kindergarten Teams
2015 – Add Pre-K Teams
2017 - Reach 400+ players
2019 - High School Teams are BACK!...or we thought
2020 - Continued with 400+ players through COVID
2021 - Reached 475 players
2022 - Reached 525 players
2023 - Reached 550 players
2024 - Reached 600+ players
